Johnson named PSUAC Player of the Week

State College, Pa. - Azaria Johnson (Richomond Hill, Ga.) had an outstanding effort last week, leading Penn State Hazleton to a pair of wins over Penn State York and Cairn University. Johnson went for a double-double in the conference matchup with York, totaling 20 points for the fourth time this season, while adding 13 rebounds. Ten of those rebounds came on the offensive end of the court and Johnson went a perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line, propelling Hazleton to a 55-52 win. Later in the week, the first year player led the Lions in scoring yet again, notching 17 points against Cairn on 7-of-12 shooting from the field.
